What does "unlimited renderings and revisions" mean?
With our subscription plans, you can add as many rendering requests as you'd like to the backlog, and they are delivered one or two at a time. If there are changes that need to be made even after the final delivery, no worries, we provide unlimited revisions
In what timeframe do you begin rendering?
Once we have the brief and understand your vision for your project, we begin rendering the drafts within two business days.
What's your turnaround time?
On average, our delivery time for renderings is within two business days. Projects that are large or require 3D modeling increase delivery time.
What kind of renderings do you not offer?
Renderfy's services are great, but there are some services we do not offer. Such as:
- 3D motion graphics
- 3D art

Additionally, any request that is sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive.
How do I make a request for my project?
It's a simple process. Once you are on a subscription plan you are given a Trello link to your board. There are instructions within the board on how you can easily make a request and we will start working.
What details should my requests include?
Your brief and inventory must include a few critical information:
- Reference/inspiration images - how you want the rendering to look and what needs to be modeled
- 2D plan(s)
- links
- Measurements
- Document(s) - explanations, descriptions, or any other information
For 3D modeling to be as accurate as possible, multiple images of, say, a chair should be provided.
How do you handle rush fees?
We pride ourselves on being quick, so we don't charge a rush fee. However, if you anticipate needing even faster delivery, we recommend our Pro plan, which allows for two requests at a time.
